Packaging & Processing

Every Creoclay order is thoughtfully created and packed in-house by our small family team of four. All of our clay cutters are 3D printed in our studio using our own printers, allowing us to maintain the quality, precision, and detail our customers know and love.

Because each piece is printed and prepared specifically for your order, our current processing time is 7–14 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Occasionally, processing times may vary due to high order volume, equipment maintenance, or supply delays. If your order is expected to exceed the standard timeframe, we will reach out to you directly with an update.
