Replacement Policy

We are committed to ensuring that you receive high-quality products. If your item arrives damaged or breaks during use, please follow these guidelines for a replacement:

 Eligibility for Replacement:

Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to qualify for a replacement.

Items Broken During Use: If your product breaks during use, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a replacement.

Procedure:  To initiate a replacement, please reach out to us at Hello@Creoclay.com within the applicable 7-day period. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or breakage.

If you contact us after the 7 day period or receiving your item but within 8 to 14 days of receiving the item and discovering the issue, you will be eligible to receive a 50% discount code to purchase a replacement of the same item.

Exclusions:  Replacement requests made beyond 14 days of receipt or discovery of damage will not be processed or replaced.

Replacement policies do not apply to items that have been used improperly or not according to product guidelines.

Discount Code:

For eligible claims made between 8 to 14 days after receipt, a 50% discount code will be provided for the purchase of the exact item that was damaged or broken.

We’re a small, family-run business, and every item you purchase is made with care right here in-house. Our small team is hard at work around the clock, with dozens of 3D printers running full speed and our laser crafting texture mats and acrylic tools.

You can always find our updated processing time in the banner at the top of our website and in the email confirmation you’ll receive after your order is placed. While processing times may vary, especially during busy seasons or big clearance events, we do our best to provide you with an accurate estimate so you’ll know exactly when to expect your new clay tools to arrive!
